Must be available Locally
Must have an experience of 5 years or more.
Must be able in Operating and managing the pastry section of the kitchen and liaising with the executive and sous chefs to ensure a successful working environment.
Must be able to prepare ingredients and handle baking and other kitchen equipment.
Must look into creating pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe.
Must be capable of developing new recipes for seasonal menus.
Must be able to decorate pastries and desserts to ensure a beautiful and tasteful presentation.
Must be able to meet with customers to discuss details and planning of custom-made desserts and pastries for special occasions, such as
Must monitor the stock of baking ingredients.
Must bring the need of ordering new supplies, ingredients, and equipment for the pastry section, when needed, and within budget into concern of the department.
Must ensure their section of the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.
Must be able to supervise and train staff members, if needed.
Must be able to make general pastries and items like fatayer, mini sandwiches, mini bites etc.
