The
primary responsibility of this role is to establish and manage relationships
with affiliate and metasearch partners. The incumbent will work closely with
the digital marketing teams at the headquarters, as well as local and
commercial teams, to develop acquisition strategies and campaign plans for
affiliate and metasearch channels. This role acts as the main point of contact
for the exclusive campaign planning process, including account allocation,
invoicing, and reconciliation.

Source and secure partnership deals with chapter networks and metasearch
partners.
- Plan,
optimize, and measure campaigns to drive deals through Direct Booking channels.

Maintain and improve relationships with key partners in the Affiliates &
Metasearch portfolio.

Collaborate with revenue operations, marketing, and local teams to execute
campaigns end-to-end.
- Share
campaign details and creatives with chapter networks and publishers to support campaign
execution.

Manage media assets and update creatives, ensuring compliance with brand
guidelines.

Conduct regular performance analysis and gap analysis to identify opportunities
for improvement.

Prepare competitor analyses and provide interpretation and demand insights to
relevant stakeholders.

Ensure account delivery is in line with account plans through financial
processes.

Perform other duties related to the position as directed by the line manager or
Head of the Department.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a
related field.

Excellent organization and time management skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle
multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in chapter and metasearch marketing with a strong
understanding of the channel and industry.

Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders across the
business and with chapter and metasearch partners.

Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and utilizing data sources to
identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

Excellent stakeholder management, both internal and external.

Candidates must be currently based in Qatar with a valid QID.

years of relevant experience in GCC, Qatar preferred.
b) Must
have
exposure to working on Road & Infrastructure projects for at least 5 years.
c)
Previous experience working in an engineering consultancy is required.
d)
Experience in preparing road delineations.
e)
Immediate joining is preferred.
f) Work
visa on secondment and valid QID are mandatory.
