Responsibilities:
1. Staff Replacement: Actively find suitable replacements for sick or absent staff members to ensure smooth continuity of operations
2. Attendance Monitoring: Maintain a daily bus count to ensure that all staff members are present and report any discrepancies or issues promptly
3. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as record-keeping, data entry, and maintaining documentation related to staff accommodation
4. Staff Briefings: Conduct regular briefings for staff members to communicate important information, updates, and procedures
5. Airport Operations: Occasionally work at the airport to oversee staff airport pass renewals and ensure their smooth operation
6. Coordination: Collaborate with other Duty Officers and relevant personnel to ensure the 
smooth operation of staff accommodation and efficient coordination between different departments
