- Preparing and Coordinating Projects: Organizing, scheduling, and
overseeing assigned engineering projects.
- Compliance and Budget Monitoring: Ensuring projects adhere to
relevant codes, budgets, and schedules.
- Team Leadership: Assigning responsibilities to team members based
on their capabilities and monitoring their performance.
- Client Interaction: Engaging with clients, understanding their
needs, and representing their interests on-site.
- Quality Control: Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and
personnel performance, and reporting on project status.

- License: Grade “A” valid MMUP license is a must.

Experience: 12 to 15 years of experience in civil contracting and
project planning.
- Computer Skills: Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design
and visualization software.

Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, time management,
leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
required.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with applicable codes, policies, standards,
and best practices.
- Project Cycle: Knowledge of the entire project cycle.
- Previous Experience: Must have worked as a Project
Manager/Assistant Project Manager for 5 years or more.
- Industry Experience: Must have experience in Building Construction.
- Qatari Driving License: Must possess a valid Qatari driving
license.
